ANDREW M. RUBENSTEIN, ESQ.
Andrew has been in the field of real estate for more than 10 years. After graduating from Suffolk Law School, Andrew served as an attorney and conveyancer for one of New England’s busiest conveyancing firms for numerous years. Andrew founded Rubenstein and Associates in 2009.
Andrew’s purpose in creating the firm is to offer wide range of legal services, but not to become a Jack of all Trades. Andrew’s philosophy is to do one thing and to do it well. Therefore Andrew has created an expanding network of attorneys who specialize in different fields. This allows a client to call one place and to be directed to someone who is expert in the required field.

KATHLEEEN A. ELIA, ESQ.
Jr. Partner, Director of Private Lending
Attorney Kathleen A. Elia has over three decades of experience in all aspects of real estate law. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of New Hampshire, with a B.A. in political science, Kathleen earned her Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. In addition to representing buyers, sellers and conventional lenders with the financing, acquisition and sale of real estate, Kathleen works with a number of private lenders and investors, offering short-term non-conventional financing to real estate investors and developers. Kathleen specializes in finding creative and strategic solutions to financial and title challenges in order to move transactions forward to closing.

On weekends, Kathleen can be found walking local nature trails, escaping to the Cape and hosting weekly Sunday dinners with her husband for their three adult children and extended family.

ANDREW S. JEPSKY, ESQ.
Of Counsel
Andrew S. Jepsky was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December, 1982. He graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 1982 and earned a Bachelor of Arts of Hobart College. He has over twenty years of conveyancing experience.

It has been said we cannot control the wind, only adjust our sails. With the untimely passing of Bill Sack, Andy Jepsky has decided that it is time to scale back and being able to enjoy a well-deserved "rewirement". Have no fear as he is not leaving us but merely stepping back from the management of the day-to-day operations of running a modern law firm. He is rewiring his career into a downshift and looking to enjoy more time with his wife and the rest of the family. He has expressed an interest to continue to service his clients with the firm and we honored him by keeping his name as he is an irreplaceable attorney in the industry. AMBER EARLS
Sr. Paralegal, Manager of Private Lending
Amber Earls has served as a real estate paralegal for Jepsky & Sack for over 24 years, where she has assisted attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions and client support. Amber has extensive experience with residential closings, including private financing, and is known for her attention to detail and compassionate communication with clients.

She earned associate’s degrees in general studies and science from the Community College of Rhode Island and a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys crafting, time with her family and friends, traveling with (and without her children), attending live events, concerts and lounging in the pool.

MARY-ELLEN HUNT
Sr. Paralegal
Mary-Ellen’s career as a residential real estate paralegal goes back many years supporting local Attorneys with all aspects of the closing process. She graduated from Bay State Jr. College and Northeastern University- paralegal certificate program. She is a MA Notary Public.

Mary-Ellen has lived in Franklin for most of her life and enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially watching Pats games together, being with girlfriends and Saturday adventures with her son and nephew. She also likes relaxing at home watching movies, old sitcoms and Dateline.

BRENNA DOUCETTE
Paralegal
Brenna has years of experience as a residential real estate paralegal bringing support to attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions. She started her real estate career assisting lenders in foreclosures eventually transitioning to a residential real estate closer. She stayed local for college attending Framingham State University.
On weekends, she loves cheering on her sons at their football games. When she’s not at the field, she enjoys taking scenic drives with her husband and spending time with family and friends.

William Sack, in Memoriam
Bill was taken from us too soon as we miss him greatly; we remember him here as a sign of honor and respect for the attorney he was. Though he is gone from our physical realm his presence remains here in our hearts and memories.

William D. Sack was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in June 1983. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in December, 1982 cum laude. Mr. Sack represented many real estate developers in all phases of real estate development, including planning, zoning, conservation commission and board of health matters. He handled numerous condominium projects and condominium conversions.

Above all else, we remember Bill as a Gentleman, a Scholar and a Mensch.
Bailey
Bailey has been promoted from Office Mascot to Chief Entertainment Officer. She is our welcoming committee and security. She looks forward to greeting you at the office.
